Elise Lubell, M.S., MCHES®

Elise Lubell brings decades of elite public health leadership, community health promotion, and systemic health equity expertise to the Patient Rebellion Board of Advisors. As a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES®) and a dedicated public health executive, Elise has spent her career designing and implementing interventions aimed at eliminating health disparities and empowering vulnerable populations to navigate complex medical landscapes.

Elise recently retired as the Director of Health Promotion and Lifestyle Management for Jefferson County Public Health in Colorado. Throughout her distinguished career, she has been a leading voice in advancing community health initiatives, spearheading major projects dedicated to chronic disease prevention, maternal and child health, and the promotion of healthy lifestyle behaviors. Her leadership extends to the state level, where she currently serves as the Acting President of the Colorado Society for Public Health Education (COSOPHE), actively advancing the profession of health education and policy.

For Patient Rebellion and the Patient360AI platform, Elise’s strategic oversight as Public Health Advisor is critical. She possesses a profound understanding of how low healthcare literacy and systemic barriers prevent marginalized communities from accessing quality care. Her guidance ensures that the Patient360AI advocacy engine is not just technologically advanced, but highly accessible and actionable for individuals without any medical background.

Already a trusted partner in the fight for systemic equity, Elise concurrently serves as a Public Health Advisor for Mission Philadelphia.
