Diane has dedicated her career to bridging the academic–practice gap. Her work is centered on advancing sustainable career pathways and empowering colleagues to navigate complex health systems to achieve their professional goals.

Diane brings a deeply personal perspective to her leadership. As a first-generation college graduate, she is passionate about fostering opportunities for growth, mentorship, and education within the healthcare community.

As a PhD in Nursing Science, Diane is a frequent speaker and presenter, known for her expertise in workforce development, nursing leadership, and professional advancement strategies.

Beyond her professional achievements, Diane balances her roles as a registered nurse, workforce leader, and doctoral student with her commitments as a mother of four.
