With over 40 years of executive experience in the healthcare business, Steve possesses a profound, insider’s understanding of the medical industry's financial and bureaucratic complexities that impact patient care, quality, safety, and respect.

Recognizing the stark disconnect between corporate healthcare systems and actual patient outcomes, Steven pivoted his extensive expertise toward radical patient advocacy. He is a leading proponent of "Continuous Healthcare Outcome Optimization" (CHOO) and is dedicated to realizing true Systemic Accountability across the healthcare landscape.

Through Patient360AI, he has engaged clinicians, health executives as AI experts with hundreds of years of combined experience applied into smartphone platform that compresses a 60-hour manual advocacy nightmare into 60 minutes of targeted, actionable intervention.

A lifelong champion of community welfare, Steven also founded Mission Philadelphia in 2020, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing housing and food insecurity in the Philadelphia metro area.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College and a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Management from Georgetown University, bridging his business acumen with cutting-edge technological solutions.
