When his mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer, Pratik faced a fragmented and overwhelming healthcare system. Armed with deep AI and applied science expertise—but absolutely no medical background—he took matters into his own hands.

Pratik extracted her complex medical records from Epic and MyChart, combined them with real-time data he witnessed at her bedside, and fed this information into a custom AI engine. This allowed him to help her doctors optimize and maximize her care. His technological intervention successfully extended her life long enough to fulfill her final wish: allowing relatives from around the globe to travel and say their goodbyes.

That life-changing experience cemented his dedication to Patient360AI. Pratik realized that no one should need a PhD in machine learning to advocate for a dying loved one. Today, he is leveraging his expertise to build a platform that empowers those with zero technical or healthcare experience to demand the same level of optimized care.

A recognized expert in applied machine learning and agentic workflows, Pratik currently serves as the Head of AI and Chief Architect at CloudDefense.AI. His extensive background includes serving as Principal Scientist at Eko Health—where he led the ML team in developing FDA-cleared algorithms for cardiac disease detection—and founding multiple AI-driven tech startups. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Wright State University, specializing in Machine Learning.
